Regent Cottage is an end of terrace property found on a quiet side street just a short stroll from the centre of Beverley.
Ideal for a group of friends or a small family to enjoy this thriving market town which is set on the edge of the stunning Yorkshire Wolds.
The cottage has been extended to allow open plan living, which is an absolute delight and has a contemporary feel throughout.
The kitchen and dining area is flooded with natural light from the bi-fold doors which lead out onto the enclosed rear courtyard and a roof lantern which is ideally situated over the central island which provides additional seating for an early morning chat, or a quick lunch before heading out for the afternoon.
The sleek modern kitchen offers plenty of work top space for preparing delicious home cooked meals which can be enjoyed at the dining table before retiring to the comfortable seating area.
The underfloor heating provides a cosy ambience to snuggle up on the large sofas on an evening in front the large smart TV.
Also on the ground floor you will find a house bathroom with both bath and shower options and a beautifully presented zip and link double room, a perfect addition for those who wish to avoid stairs.
Two beautifully presented kingsize double bedrooms, with feature beds can be found on the first floor.
Decorated in neutral tones and with soft furnishings these rooms are sure to delight.

For a relaxing walk or game of golf look no further than Westwood; a large expanse of woodland and grass pastures where locals gather to enjoy the beautiful views and fresh air! Beverly is easily accessible by both bus and trains, but if you choose to arrive by car this property benefits from off street parking.
A little further afield are the traditional seaside towns of Hornsea, Bridlington and Scarborough and both York and the North Yorkshire Moors National Park are also under an hour away.

Big enough for our needs, excellent location and well laid out property. Lots of crockery but could do with some more mugs and maybe refresh the bedding, a little tired. Pillows should all have protectors on them. Overall a good stay for a family, really well placed and good for catching up with family and friends. Hot tub an added bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at Regent Cottage. Very good location and comfortable accommodation. Like all places there were minor niggles such as the inability to hang clothes in the rear bedroom cupboard and lack of mugs and toilet rolls.
To compensate the wine and beer on arrival were very welcome.

A great place to stay to explore from. Comfy beds and really well thought-out property. Lovely to have the hot tub. The kitchen utensils were in need of a clean and check over. Really super communication with Anthony, the property manager.
