Being adjacent to the owners’ home you may be greeted by their very friendly dog as you arrive.
Inside there is one double bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living/dining/kitchen with vaulted ceiling.
In this area you will find everything you need for lazy days in when the weather is less desirable or indeed any other time.
Directly outside is a private decked patio with garden furniture including table, chairs and sun loungers and you are welcome to also use the adjacent shared lawn if you choose.
Located in a lovely residential part of town, Lawn Vista Cabin is the perfect quiet retreat for those wishing to escape their hustle and bustle as well as the perfect base for the more adventurous Barnstaple is the regional capital where you can have a taste of North Devon life by wandering the streets and river front or enjoying the weekly pannier market and many cafés and restaurants.
The town also offers a leisure centre with swimming pool, a purpose-built tennis centre with indoor and outdoor courts, an indoor trampoline centre and Rock Park which is popular with locals.

What a lovely lovely place. Comfortable, welcoming and looks unused, brand new. All amenities have been provided in a very well designed space. Pity the weather wasn’t good as we hoped to sit outside on the provided furniture. We’ll do it next time. A word about Vicky the owner. She welcomed us with a lovely smile and valued information. Well done for providing such a pleasant stay.
