Had a lovely week at Kings Head Cottage. The cottage was warm, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The cottage is superbly located. Everything in Pickering is within an easy walk and the cottage is perfectly located for visiting the North York Moors and the coast. We will return.

I would like to give this 5 stars but I am unable to do so because of the local church which is very close to the cottage. For whatever reason, the bells were ringing out at all sorts of times — including 11pm, 2am and 6am!!The sound of the bells made it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep.Someone needs to report this and get it stopped.
