With sea views aplenty, there is so much to love about Sandrock House.
Just footsteps from the beach and with lots of great places to eat, drink and shop nearby, the property boasts three bathrooms and has been decorated and furnished to provide light and airy accommodation for guests looking for a truly coastal break.
Sheringham itself boasts a high street packed with a good mix of artisan and boutique shops, cafés and restaurants and is also home to North Norfolk Railway, a steam train that heads along the coast and a mainline station which can take you to Cromer the Norfolk Broads and even in to the Medieval city of Norwich with its much celebrated Norman Castle.
Nature lovers will enjoy Sheringham Park, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Cley Marshes and can even be in the gateway to Norfolk’s famous waterways in around 40 minutes.
Coast lovers will enjoy a range of habitats including wide sand and shingle beaches, marshes and quays.
Head to Cromer and take a stroll along its famous pier or go west to Blakeney and enjoy a spot of crabbing.
Add in Amazonia Zoo, Bewilderwood, The Muckleburgh and Thursford Collections, including the famous Thursford Christmas Show, lovely Georgian Towns like Holt to explore and a host of other attractions and you will soon see why people flock to this part of the coastline year after year.
After a busy day, return to Sandrock House and watch the sun go down as the tide laps the shore.

Excellent location, close to the beach and shops. Well equipped and comfortable, with plenty of bathrooms , towels, toilet rolls, hot water etc. It would be cramped around the table if there were 6 adults, however, and although there is a balcony and front garden, I did miss more outside space.

Stayed here a few times now and have never been disappointed. location, comfort, and cleanliness are all excellent. Sea front 50m away. High street 70m away, Stayed here at beginning of November and will be staying again beginning of December, just in time for the Christmas lights switch on I would certainly recommend this place

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandrock House. It was a perfect location in the centre of Sheringham with easy access to the rest of Norfolk. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for 4 qdults I think it would have felt a bit crowded if 6 had stayed. Not sure it was a 4 str rating as it was a bit dated however I would definitely recommend staying here.
