A lovely comfortable and clean property at a brillaint price (the pictures on the website don't do it justice). An ideal position for the National Forest and National Trust properties. A thoughtful welcome pack + super outside seating area. Highly recommended.

A lovely location nestled in the countryside, yet near enough to Melbourne for the great array of restaurants and pubs. We had a lovely relaxing time and the owners were friendly and approachable. Thank you for the wine and sourdough bread!

Quite small accommodation but sufficient for 2 people. There is not an oven, only a microwave/grill. The location is good and perfect for exploring South Derbyshire. Plenty of parking.
The owners are very helpful.
