Summerlea Cottage is a charming terraced property on a quiet lane just off the main street in the lovely tourist town of Moffat.
Refurbished in 2018, the cottage is beautifully decorated throughout, from the cosy living room with leather sofas and feature wall fire, to the relaxing bedrooms decorated in co-ordinating colours with comfortable beds.
The touches throughout make it a real home from home.
Summerlea Cottage is situated in the attractive town of Moffat and is the ideal place to base your holiday, nestled here in the heart of southern Scotland.
It is a vibrant, bustling little town with many speciality shops and award-winning cuisine, with many great cafés within a short stroll of the cottage.
On the scenic Southern Upland Way, Moffat is the perfect place for walkers.
Moffat was in fact Scotland’s first ’Walkers are Welcome’ town! Further afield, south west Scotland has more than 200 miles of fabulous coastline for you to discover with some stunning scenery, much of which you can discover on the South West Coastal 300, a stunning drive of just over 300 miles, roughly circular, so you can start from Summerlea Cottage.

We had a lovely holiday at Summerlea Cottage. The cottage was warm and cosy and the owners put extras in for Christmas. We would recommend the cottage fo the location to the village.
