Very good location and has everything you need for a short break in the lakes. The only small negatives are the awkward stairs to the upper bedroom and (and it's common to most accomodation near the centre) the lack of designated parking, so often you are searching for a place to park.

Having stayed in Keswick often we knew this accommodation was central to everything. On road parking was not a problem. The house was cosy and the compact kitchen had everything needed for a long weekend. The house was cold and we were unable to find thermostat to turn up heating. Also the bath only ran warm which was not great after long walks! Overall a nice little house.

Nice cozy apartment, suitable for family holiday accommodation. Have almost everything for daily life, heating is brilliant with comfortable temperature and sufficient shower water.
