Great flat in a great location. Bathroom extractor fan wasn't working and there was a bit of mould on the bedroom ceiling. If this was sorted, it would be 5 stars for everything.Lot's of steps to get into the property, only a problem for us after Scafell!Would use again.

Lovely comfortable flat with everything you could wish for a great holiday,the only drawback for us is the steps to the flat,but that's only because we're getting older !! Great position,close to the town yet quiet too,would definitely recommend.

The second time we've stayed in Royal Views. It's a great flat, fantastic location in the heart of Keswick, clean, comfortable and brilliant that it comes with a parking space. We'd definitely return again and would recommend.
