Otters is a terraced house located in the heart of Wroxham, which is known as the ’Capital of the Broads’.
The property is situated next to the famous Wroxham Bridge and is an upside down house which has been furnished to provide excellent holiday accommodation for any time of year.
This is a perfect location for exploring The Broads, with day boat and canoe hire close by, and is within easy walking distance to a selection of cafes, restaurants and shops.
Or simply just sit and watch the boating activity go by.
For children, BeWILDerwood at Horning is an outdoor adventure park with zip wires and jungle bridges, and is a truly memorable day out.
Wroxham Barns and craft centre is just short drive away or head to the lovely sandy beaches on offer in the area.
Visit Cromer, with its traditional seaside pier, or Happisburgh, with its iconic red and white lighthouse and to see the grey seals.
The best beach is Horsey Beach where, during the winter months, hundreds of seal pups can be seen.
There are National Trust properties in the region, including Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall and Gardens, Sheringham Park and Horsey Wind Pump.
Spend a day in the fine city of Norwich, 8 miles away, with its cathedrals, museums, theatres and array of excellent shops and cafes, Cycling, canoeing, fishing, walking and golf are all available locally.

Lovely property, clean but needs some modernisation in the bathrooms. Everything we needed was there, all the kitchen equipment (including tea towel and washing up liquid) bathrooms all had towels and toilet rolls. Home from home and I would recommend and return

We booked Otters because it is a couple of doors away from our friends so it was great for us.
The welcome pack was really great, as we are used to self catering where not all places supply anything we were impressed what was there.
It is only a short walk to restaurants, pubs and shops and the broads.

The stay at Otters was excellent. A clean house and lots of space.We experienced some problems, but they were solved very well, even during the night, by the contact person.The city of Norwich is very well reachable from Wroxham, by car and even by bus.
