Set on the owner’s farm, these beautifully renovated, semi-detached barns are ideal for holidaymakers that want to explore the area, as well as for more leisurely breaks with your feet up and the TV on. Surrounded by open countryside yet only a short drive to the A1, the properties are situated in a peaceful location, but still have easy access to nearby attractions such as Newark, which is famous for its International Antiques Fairs and showground.
Lincoln is home to the New Magna Carta Centre as well as a stunning cathedral and castle, just 17 miles away, which is around a 30-minute drive.
Fishing is available in the nearby River Trent and one of the local fishing lakes.
Good walks and cycle routes (bike storage available) pass by the front door, and with the local pub just 1 mile, you can enjoy a pleasant meal and a drink in the evenings, before strolling back home.

Lovely setting within a working farm. Fully enclosed courtyard away from the farm area. 2 X 22Kw car chargers at the site. Very friendly family running the place. Separate grass run to cater for dogs. Walking distance to pub and well stocked Co-Op. Quick access to A1. Perfect for our needs.

Beautiful cottage with lovely high ceilings and quality furniture and fittings. Very comfortable for a long weekend stay. It’s on a working farm so lots of tractor activity during the day (great for the children) but quiet at night. Pleasant walk into town to the local pub.
