The cottage was lovely, plenty of hot water to have long soaks after a day of walking.
Plenty of eating places in village so we didn't have to move the car in the evening.
We enjoyed our stay, however welcome pack could have been better
3 small biscuits and a pint of milk isn't brilliant

We had a lovely stay at Thorncliffe cottage. It’s right in the village where there are plenty of local amenities. The cottage is well stocked & everything is thought of. We will definitely look at staying again some time.

A very cosy, comfortable cottage in good location. Everything you could need was provided. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of hanging and storage space. Steep steps to small enclosed garden area which I'm sure would have been sun trap if weather had obliged. Pubs in village are very dog friendly...
