A really spacious and comfortable barn conversion. Well fitted out and includes interest artifacts to add interest to rooms. Good location in small hamlet. Close to popular Pooley Bridge and town of Penrith. Local Queens Head serves good pub food. Ideal for Northern and Eastern Lakes. Southern and Central lakes are an easy drive. Would return again.

A lovely cottage that was set in beautiful surroundings, not far from the northern lakes. Great place to relax. Only small negative is that some of the appliances could do with updating. Microwave was very small and oven could have been more efficient. However these did not affect our overall enjoyment and if we came back to the area we would certainly reconsider this cottage.
