The cottage was accurately described on the website. It was in a quiet area which we had chosen. It had clean, cosy and tidy rooms. The two bedrooms were well set out. I liked looking out onto the lake. Parking was good but the keysafe played up once so we decided to keep the key with us when we went out.

If you want peace and quite, this is the place to stay.The wildlife was also great, we could watch tufted ducks, swans, mallards, moorhens and Canada geese all from the comfort of the house, which was great on a rainy day😃The bed was a little firm for our tastes but we soon got used to it, the shower was plenty powerful but to get a hot bath took a long time. The owners are looking into this.

Lovely little cottage. Everything you need is there. Very quiet location. Only criticism is that the double bed was not very comfy.
