A great base for our tour around Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. A great open-plan space so the chefs feel part pf the group - but with an extra room for getting away from the crowd! Plenty of room for a party of 10 or more adults. Stunning sunrises over the Norfolk countryside. Highly rcommended.

Beautiful location, great hosts in Nick and Susie
I booked the barn because of the disability access and downstairs wet room for my parents and it was spot on
we didn't manage to see any owls but certainly saw the 🦇 bats

Excellent hosts and venue. Loved the communal areas and beds very comfortable. Only downside was the bedrooms on one side are not completely closed off. Overall a wonderful place to stay.
