Luvely place would go again , lounge perhaps could do with some better chairs but being dog friendly I guess its best to keep the old ones. Nice of owners to leave some goodies and bottle of wine. Wi-Fi was great and the cottage was all well equipped.

The area surrounding the coach house is so quiet. It’s really like getting back to nature. Really perfect for a destress holiday. The house is close to all the networks that you need to get on to for your visits around Norfolk.

This house is in a fantastic location. It was very clean and very well equipped. We were never cold the heat was set at a great temperature there was a log burner but we didn't use it. Great size table for meals and games. We went on the Polar express at Dereham and it's on your doorstep. Amazing polar express. I would certainly return to this property if we are in the area again.
