Both properties have a private terraced area, with a shared elevated lawned area, and the site is fully enclosed with fencing, ideal for those with pets or children.
The Monarchs Way long distance footpath passes just in front of the barns and there are many organised tours, walks and listed footpaths within the immediate area, in the Mendip Hills and along the Somerset Levels.

Great location for us wanting to go to Street and Glastonbury. The cottage was cosy, the bathroom spotless and linen soft. Kitchen was well equipped, but we found dirty trays in the oven which was a surprise. Overall a lovely stay and would go back, especially in the summer to enjoy the garden area.

The overall space was very good. We were travelling with young chrildren and the steep hit and miss stair to the upper floor was not safe for our 4 year old to use. This resulted in the smallest child sharing a parent bed. If you are travelling with young children this needs to be taken into account...
