Lovely, lovely house.
Super comfy with everything you could need and/want.
The location is very handy with most things within easy walking distance. The property has one parking space but on street parking is available and free.
Sheringham is delightful and staying at this wonderful house was the icing on the cake.

The house was very homely, spacious and with all amenities, very modern. Filey House was a lovely clean well kept holiday home, next to the beach in a prime location. Perfect that there was a drive way and also off road parking.
The owner was also very accommodating.

Lovely house in a fantastic location. We had a brilliant family weekend for a festive break and trip on the Christmas train. Only thing that would have improved the stay would perhaps have been a Christmas tree.
