Lovely place. Very good value for money. Internet not great. Lots of buffering.Sofa not comfortable. Take a spare loo roll as only one given.Had to go and buy a broom as not supplied and we had to sweep up broken glass. Other than that it was great. Kitchen had everything you would need. Comfortable cottage within easy reach of Norwich and the Broads. Good amenities nearby, including an excellent Induan restaurant. We were disappointed that the cottage had no direct access to the garden, a door instead of a second kitchen window would gave meant we would be much more likely to use the garden.

Ideal, easy accommodation for two. We particularly like the wet room.
My wife and I have been staying in these single-bedded lets at least once a year for the last 10--12 years. Good walks in the immediate area,
(Our son is in Norwich and this location is ideal to spend time with them and have a holiday),
