The Old Coach House is a lovely place to stay in St Austell. Centrally located, but with its own parking - albeit down a very narrow back lane with lots of potholes. The Coach House owners are very welcoming and provided specific bread and biscuits suited to my dietary needs rather than a generic offering. St Austell is in easy access to many attractions and inland and coastal walks.

Lovely host , great location for getting around.
Welcome pack was lovely, bread , milk , biscuits, wine , butter and tea & coffee .
A bit chilly but an electric heater in the bedroom and an electric wood effect burner in the living space . Private car parking space that’s always a bonus . Tight for a large car but definitely manageable!!!
Would definitely book again , very comfortable .
