Both enjoy views over surrounding farmland and boast built-in barbecues.
There are many attractions around with Calke Abbey and Derby with its theatres, clubs and restaurants within a 15 minute drive, whilst Ashbourne and Dovedale are 15 miles.
Well worth a day out for any family or group are Matlock Bath, 20 miles, Alton Towers, 22 miles and Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall, a comfortable drive away.
This property can be booked together with Stenson Hill Farm (ref 16165) to accommodate up to 34 guests.

Great house, ideal location as it feels very much in the countryside but close and convenient to Derby. Very large and spacious, indoors and out. Large kitchen, very well equipped. It would be good to include hand soap, washing up liquid, spare bin bags etc. Thank you for the arrival samosas, lovely touch and they were delicious!

A very spacious property. Biggest games room we have ever come across. Brand new kitchen (finished the day before). This meant some teething problems which were dealt with very promptly by the caretaker and the owner going above and beyond normal expectations. Delicious samosas as a welcome gift. Ov...
