Very comfortable, cosy and convenient. The trustee of the keys Audrey was extremely helpfuil and thoughtful. You do not necessarily need a car if it is your intention to spend your time in Wells. The Co-Op store literally next door could not be more convenient and everything in town is within easy walking distance.

Convenient for enjoying Wells, eating out, getting about on public transport, walking the coast path & beach.Kind & welcoming host. Cottage is small but comfortable and very warm with gallons of hot water for easing tired muscles after a long walk. Maybe needs a little updating, compared with some we've stayed in at Wells, but good value for a last minute break.

Mallards is a very well looked after property in a good location with the added advantage of a private parking spot.....a must have in Wells-Next-The-Sea. It is very basic, but having said that, it has everything needed for a happy holiday.
