Apartment with private garage, overviewing the San Cristobal beach. In a quiet area at a short distance of the city center of Almuñecar. From the terrace, its elevated position gives you a wonderful view on the town and the sea. The apartment has everything to make your holiday perfect.
The 60 m2 apartment, accommodating 4 people, is situated on the 10th floor of the complex Los Ramos and is completely renovated (June 2018) to make you feel at home. All comfort: living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the beach at short distance, TV, wifi, air conditioning, communal swimming pool (in summer months & pool hours), terrace furniture, washing machine, dish washer, storage room...
Private closed garage within the same building, included in the rent (accessible through the elevator). Forget looking for a parking spot on the street where there is always limited availability and that is payable in Easter and Summer.
Small beach across the street; main beach, small grocery shop, restaurants & bars within 5 minutes walking; large grocery store with parking at 500 meters. Old town reachable by foot, enjoying a nice walk along the beautiful seafront promenade.
Bed linen, bath towels and final cleaning included in the rent.
Upon a small hill lays the old town of Almuñecar, with narrow streets and typical whitewashed houses. After browsing in the many shops, you can rest at one of the shady places and terraces.
Almuñecar is a perfect spot to enjoy visits to:
• Granada with the famous Alhambra (approx. 1h)
• Malaga: vibrant city and harbour, good for leisure, museum visits (Picasso museum), shopping, history (Moorish Alcazaba fortress and Gibralfaro Castle),… (approx. 50 min.)
• Nerja: a fishing village with fascinating caves (approx. 20 min.)
• Las Alpujarras: white mountain villages on to the southern flanks of the Sierra Nevada (approx. 1h)
• Salobreña: a gleaming white town with charming little streets up to its Moorish castle (approx. 15 min.)
• Frigiliana: a typical pueblo blanco (“white town”), high on a mountain ridge, overlooking the sea and spectacular panoramic views (approx. 30 min.)
• Motril: commercial town and the largest on the Costa Tropical (approx. 30 min.) with golf course next to the seaside
• Sierra Nevada National Park: home of the ski station and the highest mountain in mainland Spain, Mt Mulhacen (approx. 1h15)
• Etc.
