The 75 m² villa is located in Orihuela Costa, a town in the Alicante region in southern Spain.
Fully air-conditioned, the villa features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests.
You will also have Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a washing machine.
Children are welcome, and a crib as well as a high chair are available. Relax in the furnished garden or soak up the sun on the terrace or private solarium.
The outdoor area includes a south-facing pool with shower, grill, table, sun loungers, parasol, and awning.
Pool heating is available for an extra fee. The villa is in a quiet residential area, close to several golf courses such as Las Colinas, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, and Villamartin.
Several beaches, including Campoamor, Cabo Roig, and La Zenia, are just a few minutes’ drive away. A bar-restaurant is 150 meters away, and just a 3-minute drive brings you to La Fuente shopping center with a pharmacy, restaurants, pubs, supermarket, ATM, and hair salon.
La Zenia Boulevard, with over 150 shops and entertainment for children, is open daily from 10 am to 10 pm and only 5 minutes away by car. The activities of Torrevieja and nearby cities like Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Mar Menor, and Cartagena are easily accessible.

Het huis is netjes ingericht, de keuken is wat klein maar alles werkt. Het zwembad kan verwarmd worden (wel extra betalen)
Je ziet dat sommige dingen wel aan vervanging toe zijn (tuinstoelen, kasten die moeilijk open en dicht gaan)
Het huis ligt in een stille urbanisatie (althans in de winter) en de weg eromheen is niet uitnodigend om een stukje te gaan wandelen.

We had a great time at Rachel's villa, the location is great and the kids loved the heated pool (which being as it was early April was defo needed to be heated). Its a very quiet and peaceful location. Rachel is a very attentive host, and is very quick to react should you need anthing. We would be delighted to recommend this villa to anyone planning to visit the area. Thanks for a lovley stay!

Very welcoming, villa is beautiful and comfortable, very private, very modern. It's really close to most of the golf courses in the area, only downside for us was the location it was too far out to walk to local bars so we had to use taxi's to go out.
