La cercanía al paseo
Creo que debería mejorar el sillón del comedor, pequeño y bastante incómodo.
El aspecto del edificio, y en consecuencia la terraza, asustan un poco. La terraza, estando en esa situación la mejoraría, para el precio que se pide. Y otra cosa y es por aspecto, es la habitación pequeña, ese " armario" no soporta ni el peso de las perchas.

La cercanía a cualquier lugar de interés y de primera necesidad, hay de todo muy cerca.
Me gustó todo. Por poner un pero, es que la vivienda es muy antigua, aunque dispone de todos los servicios y comodidades. La finca donde está ubicada tiene más de 50 años.
