The 60m² large and modern furnished apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a safe.

In addition to the in-house restaurant "Laitnkeller", there are 2 other restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, which can be reached on foot in 13-20 minutes (850m and 1.4km).
The nearest bakery is around 6km away and you can reach a supermarket in 9 minutes (7km) by car.
The nearest ski lifts and cable cars are within 20-30 minutes from the property, and Bolzano/Bozen can be visited after a 20-minute drive (15 km).

This place was unbelievably wonderful! We didn't want to leave! Gorgeous accommodations, gorgeous scenery, area & view. Nice folks. Fun place with farm animals, spring wildflowers, perfect weather. Good location close to the Dolomites. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you're in the area!!
