There is also a small playground in the shared garden. The villa enjoys an optimal location: a supermarket and a restaurant are within a 5-minute walk (350 m and 450 m respectively), while a wider selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés can be found about 10 minutes away on foot.

The large sandy beach of Lacona is only 400 m away and easily reachable on foot. Parking is available on the property.
