In Wallhausen, a suburb of Constance and only 280 m from the shore of Lake Constance, the apartment Lago is located in the souterrain of a beautifull detached house.
The 50 m² property consists of a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV with satellite.
The outdoor area with a private garden, a covered yet sunny terrace and a barbecue invites you to share meals and spend relaxing hours in the fresh air. A restaurant / cafe is 300 m and a supermarket 216 m from the accommodation.
The beach is 500 me (a 6-minute walk) away and the Wallhausen marina is 280 m away.
A children's playground is a maximum of 5 minutes' walk from the property.
The Lake Constance cycle path is directly in front of the apartment.

Küchen Zeile war eine Zumutung alles war nur zusammen gesucht.was mann in seiner Wohnung nicht mehr braucht kommt in die Wohnung. Stühle waren so durch gewesen die gehören auf den Sperrmüll.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber. Kleine Küche mit allem was man braucht. Parkplatz für KFZ und Fahrräder konnten direkt am Haus abgestellt werden. Eigener Zugang zur Wohnung im Keller. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wohnt im Haus.
Die Wohnung liegt im Keller, also die Aussicht der Fenster etwas eingeschränkt.
Die Terrasse ist nicht direkt von der Wohnung zugänglich, sondern über die Eingangstreppe.
Die Küche hatte keinen Backofen (wir haben ihn nicht vermisst).
Der Kleiderschrank hatte nur 1 Stange und leider keine Fächer für Wäsche.

Busverbindung ist ok und das kleine Lebensmittelgeschäft direkt vor Ort.
Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es befindet sich noch nicht mal ein Handfeger mit Schüppe o. ein Besen in der Wohnung. man musste immer den Staubsauger in die Hand nehmen. Sämtliche Ecken schmutzig (besonders unter den Betten sehr staubig), Schränke nicht ausgewischt, Wäscheteil von Vor...
