Welcome to our exclusive triplex apartment in the heart of Barcelona!
This apartment for 6 people features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread across three levels.
The first level houses the resting areas with three double bedrooms. One of them is a suite with a private bathroom, equipped with a relaxing bathtub, a spacious dressing room, and a private terrace. The other two bedrooms have two beds each and a bathroom also equipped with a bathtub.
The second level is dedicated to the common areas, including the spacious living-dining room with access to the balcony and the fully equipped kitchen. On the third level, you will find a large terrace where you can relax and enjoy eloquent evenings with family or friends.
This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, and ceramic hob. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer, and free Wi-Fi. This triplex apartment is approximately 85 m² in size, with an additional 40 m² solarium, and it is located in a building with an elevator (penthouse floor) and offers private parking for 30 € per day.
