Beachside Avenue Holiday Home is a modern seaside holiday accommodation located in the pretty village of Riverchapel in County Wexford. This self-catering holiday home is set in a quiet well-maintained development less than a 5-minute drive from Courtown Blue Flag sandy beach. This lovely beach is made up of fine sand with lifeguards on duty during the summer months. Ardamine a 10-minute walk away is another local sandy beach perfect for swimming or enjoying a leisurely stroll.
Only 90 minutes south of Dublin City Centre, this wonderful seaside home acts as an ideal base for exploring the many historical sites in Ireland’s Ancient East. Visit local historical sites such as Wells House & Gardens, Dunbrody Famine Ship, Irish National Heritage Park, Hook Lighthouse, Tintern Abbey, Johnstown Castle to name but a few.
Beachside Avenue Holiday Home Description – Sleeps 8The large kitchen and dining area is fully equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering break in Ireland. Off the kitchen is a beautiful sunny decked area complete with table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining or simply for relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. This seaside holiday home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 guests comfortably

IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity:
Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The daily rate for heating & electricity at this property is €10 all year around. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Arrival days during peak season:
From June 26th until September 3rd this beautiful seaside holiday home is available to book for minimum 7nights stay arrival on a Friday and depart on a Friday only.
4. Towels:
Unfortunately, this property does not supply towels. You will have to bring your own sets of towels.
