The home is located in Torroella de Fluvia near the lovely Costa Brava.

The first construction is centuries old, when it was used as a tavern.

During the 20th century it suffered a lot of extensions and served as a shop, a bakery, a bar, a cinema and dancing club, an olive oil mill and a cellar.

The family bought it in 1974 and in 2003 started turning it into a rural guesthouse.

The 250m² holiday home consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 6 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 15 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, washing machine, a television, a baby bed and a highchair. The private outdoor area boasts a large and sunny terrace with seating furniture and a stone barbecue for guests to cook delicious meals. A supermarket and bus stops and a bar are only 50-150m from the property.

In Sant Pere Pescador, 4.5km or a 5-minute drive away, you will find many restaurants, cafés and shops.

The nearest beach, Platja de Sant Pere Pescador, is a 15-minute drive or 8km away.

Girona Airport is a 40-minute drive or 50km from the home. Pets are not allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
