The holiday home ‘Il Mulino di Marina - Lake Como’ is located in the historic center of Argegno and boasts a partial lake view.
This medieval village has some charming sights, like the Romanesque bridge over the River Telo, which descends from the Valle Intelvi.
The was constructed in the 1800’s and renovated in 2015.
It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), fans, a television, a baby bed and a highchair. This property features a balcony and a private open terrace, accessible only from outside the property, not from within, overlooking the River Telo where guests can relax and enjoy the lovely views.
There is also a grill for cooking delicious meals outside. Thanks to the convenient location of this home, all the essentials are just a short walk or drive away.
The nearest restaurant is less than 1 minute away on foot (73 m) and the nearest supermarket is a 10-minute drive away (4.9 km).
Argegno is a great starting point for visits to villas like Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo and Villa Balbianello in Lenno with botanical gardens and museums.
A leisurely boat trip allows you to visit famous places like Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna.
There are weekly markets in Argegno on Monday morning and Lenno on Tuesday morning.
Argegno has a small pebble beach, and the region is perfect for hiking,cycling and watersports.
There is also a cable car station leading to Pigra (pretty mountain town of Valle d'Intelvi at 900 m).
Milan Malpensa airport is 1 hour 2 minutes away by car (67.5 km). Bed linens and towels can be provided for an extra fee. Street parking is available. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. The property does not have air conditioning.

Lovely location and a characterful property. A bottle of wine and coffee pods to welcome us. Bedrooms were fine but living accommodation was quite basic. We would ideally have liked more cooking facilities. Marina was very pleasant and happy to give advice about the area.
