Situated on a hill outside of Hergensweiler and surrounded by fruit trees, the bright and high-quality furnished vacation apartment Säntisblick is perfect for relaxing vacations in the scenic hinterland of Lake Constance.
The 43 sqm apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people.
The private outdoor area has a large covered south-facing balcony with seating and loungers where you can start the day with breakfast and spend the evenings with a glass of wine.
From there you have a magnificent view of the Austrian and Swiss mountains.
In the outdoor area there is also a sandbox for children and table tennis and badminton for fun afternoons.
A supermarket and a bakery with cafe can be reached in 2.5 km from the center of Hergensweiler.
In Lindau, 15 minutes by car or 13 km away, is the lido Eichwald, located on Lake Constance, surrounded by a magnificent lake and mountain panorama, with its new thermal bath, also located directly on the lake.
Lindau is famous for its old town center, which is located on an island in Lake Constance and invites you to take a walk through the narrow streets with centuries-old architecture and beautiful cafes.
Parking is available on our property at the house for free.
Pets are only on request allowed.

Sehr viele Info-Unterlagen zur Erkundung der Umgebung sind vor Ort vorhanden. Adressen von Lebensmittel-Läden, Bäcker usw. findet man in einer Infomappe in der Wohnung.
Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und gut. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend, prima ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Die Dusche befindet sich unter einer niedrigen Schräge (Kniestock ca. 1,40 m) und der Eintritt in die Dusche ist sehr eng. Für große oder etwas kurpulentere Personen ist es daher schwierig sich zu duschen.

Uns hat einer zauberhafte Vermieterin erwartet, die mit ganz viel Engagement ihre FeWo vermietet. Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet, der Blick vom Balkon einfach nur herrlich in die schöne Landschaft des Allgäus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl wohl gefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wieder hinter fahren. Ich kann nur eins sagen: 10 von 10 Punkten. Herzlichen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt

Alle Fenster der Ferienwohnung , sind mit Insektenschutzgittern ausgestattet , so kann man auch zu jeder Zeit lüften , ohne das Mücken oder Fliegen rein kommen . Am Tag
kann die Markisse auf dem Balkon bei
Sonnenschein ausfahren werden , somit sind die Räume beschattet und können sich nicht aufhe...
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden !!!! Top Lage , top Vermieterin , top Ferienwohnung , top Preisleistungsverhältniss !!!👍
