Our listed historic farmhouse "Paxerhof" and the "Zuhaus" (ski rental building) are located directly next to the Zahmer Kaiser ski area in Walchsee and at the foot of the mountain range of the same name.
Sporting activities such as skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, great hiking tours, as well as wonderful walks are possible right from your doorstep! Walchsee lake and the village center are only about 3 km away – the use of the lake and the outdoor swimming pool in Reit im Winkl is free for our guests! You can order fresh bread rolls from the bakery from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays. Includes Kaiserwinkl Card with many discounts.
Excludes: Local tax €2.60 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over. Check-in from approx. 2:00 PM, check-out by 9:00 AM. You will find our house in the Durchholzen district, which is about 3 km before the center of Walchsee.
From the Niederndorf motorway exit, it's only a 10-minute drive.
The route takes you past the villages of Niederndorf and Rettenschöss.
