A pizzeria/trattoria is only 80 metres away, while several supermarkets are located 550 metres away (about a 7-minute walk).
The apartment is 200 metres from the shore of Lake Maggiore and 450 metres from the Laveno pier, where the ferry to Intra departs. During August, an amusement park is set up right in front of the house.
Pets are allowed.
Free parking is available both in front of and behind the house.
Please avoid loud noises after 10:00 p.m.
