De nada.
Nada funcionava no Apartamento tudo estava estragado , Umidade por todo o lado , Nem uma coisa basica como a TV funcionava , Nunca mais. Por metade do preco era caro.

A localização é excelente, vários supermercados perto da residência e farmácias
Os cortinados da residência tinha muito pó acumulado, cheiro a tabaco. As portas do roupeiro não rolavam
