Manuel's Dream is a beautiful villa that can accommodate up to 10 people.
This spacious villa, covering 300 sqm, boasts a modern architectural design and is thoughtfully furnished to provide a comfortable and luxurious retreat.
Guests will be captivated by the stunning views of the North coast and the magnificent mountain landscapes that surround the property.
It features a private pool and is situated in Adele, Rethymno, just 3 kilometers from the sandy beaches of the north Cretan coastline and within walking distance of taverns and supermarkets.
The villa is designed over three floors, offering spacious and comfortable living spaces. The ground floor of the villa features a spacious and inviting living room, complete with two sofa beds to comfortably accommodate the 9th and 10th guests.
Adjacent to the living area is a stylish dining space and a fully equipped kitchen including a wooden bar and a wine fridge.
Furthermore, there is a cozy bedroom with two single beds that can be effortlessly converted into a double, depending on your needs and a shower/wc. From the living room, guests can step out onto a beautifully furnished terrace, offering stunning panoramic views and a perfect spot to unwind. The first floor of the villa hosts three generously sized bedrooms and a separate laundry room for added convenience.
The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub for a truly relaxing experience.
The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the third includes two single beds that can be seamlessly combined into a double.
These two bedrooms share a spacious, modern bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and flat-screen satellite TVs, ensuring comfort and entertainment.
A spacious terrace, accessible from the bedrooms, is shaded by a sleek wooden pergola and furnished with stylish outdoor seating — the perfect spot to enjoy the views or unwind with a drink. The villa’s basement is a dedicated recreational space designed for all ages.
It includes a large TV with a PlayStation 5 and a wide selection of games, a Bluetooth CD player, a ping-pong table, foosball, board games, and a variety of toys suitable even for infants.
Two comfortable sofas provide a cozy spot to relax or can serve as additional sleeping arrangements for the 9th and 10th guests.
For fitness enthusiasts, the villa is well-equipped with a multi-home gym, a family exercise bike, and a recliner bench in the basement, while an elliptical machine is available on the first floor.
High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the entire property, ensuring seamless connectivity during your stay. For those who appreciate soaking up the sun while taking in breathtaking scenery, the villa boasts a stunning rooftop terrace with panoramic views of both the sea and the surrounding mountains — an ideal setting for sunbathing or simply unwinding in peace.
Outdoors, a private 43-square-meter swimming pool invites you to cool off, complete with an adjoining, shallow kids’ pool for safe family fun. The pool area is framed by comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, while a barbecue station in the backyard offers the perfect spot for al fresco dining. The villa’s lush garden is a true highlight, featuring a delightful mix of plants and trees — including roses, jasmine, cypress, and a variety of fruit trees such as apricot, plum, and tangerine.
This vibrant combination creates an enchanting atmosphere of color and fragrance throughout the property.
Guests benefit from private parking for up to three vehicles, and the villa is thoughtfully equipped to accommodate guests with mobility needs. Located just 50 meters from the peaceful Adele village, the villa enjoys proximity to a local minimarket and the renowned Agreco's tavern, just 900 meters away.
The lively resort area of Adelianos Kampos is only 3 kilometers from the villa and offers nice beaches and everything you might need, including supermarkets, bakeries, butcher shops, various stores, and medical services.
Adele itself is a charming traditional village, nestled approximately 8 kilometers east of Rethymno town, on the scenic route leading to the historic Arkadi Monastery — offering a perfect balance of tranquility, culture, and convenience.
