Cross-country ski trails are located directly behind the house.
We rent out 4 apartments, each for 2 to 4 people.
Each apartment consists of a living room with a small kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, and a balcony.
Bed linen, towels, and dishes are provided in each apartment – satellite TV and free WiFi as well. Inntalautobahn A12 (vignette required), Wiesing/Achensee exit, Achensee-Bundesstraße B181, turn towards Pertisau in the center of Maurach after 7 kilometers.
Toll-free travel via the Achenpass or Bad Tölz is also possible.
From Munich to the Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz motorway exits – across the state border via Achenkirch and Maurach to Pertisau. Arrival by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station.
From there, take the public bus to Achensee.
See bus timetable at www.vvt.at. Travel to Achensee in Pertisau is free upon presentation of your reservation confirmation.

Das Apartment war super sauber, alles hat gepasst und war schön hergerichtet. Der Check-in war trotz sehr später Anreise unkompliziert. Alles bestens also. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
