Der große Garten, modernes Bad, Blumen und Marmelade als Willkommensgruß.
Der nicht herausgebrachte Müll bei Ankunft, der Kaffee der Vorgänger in der Kaffeemaschine, die leeren Desinfektionsmittelspender von 2014, das schmutzige Geschirr, der Schimmel in der Dusche, das allgemeine Gefühl von Unsauberkeit und Renovierungsbedarf.
