The spacious, cosy, and comfortable living room features a pleasant sitting area, dining area, cassette cooker, electric heaters in all rooms, German satellite TV, a stereo with CD player, and air conditioning. All windows have mosquito nets. Wireless internet access is available; please indicate if you need it when booking, and the access data will be provided upon arrival. A fee for internet use may apply, payable in cash.

The modern 8-square-meter kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, and microwave, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing holiday.

The private pool is a highlight, complemented by a nearby palm tree. The mountain views, especially of the snow-covered Maroma (approx. 2,065 m high) are impressive. The pool area includes an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal barbecue, ample space for sun loungers under a shady pergola, and an outdoor shower. There is also a small garden behind the pool area.

Casa Amaya is accessible by asphalt or concrete roads, with a concrete road leading from the connecting road to the holiday home. The nearest restaurant, Pavo Real, is about a 5-10 minute walk away.

Behind the automatic gate, there is ample space for multiple rental cars.

Pool season is typically from April 1 to October 31.
Late check in until 1 am. can be arranged with a supplement.

Note on electricity costs: On the day of your arrival and departure, we will read the electricity meter together with you. Electricity consumed until departure will be paid in cash at 0.39 euros per kW on the day of departure or deducted from the deposit paid.
