The modern furnished living room features German satellite TV, a wood-burning cooker, and air conditioning (hot/cold). The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machin and everything that you need.
The house offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed (approx. 2 m x 1.6m wide) and air conditioning , and another with two single beds (approx. 1.9m x0.9m) and a ceiling fan. The house is equipped with mosquito nets throughout. There is one bathroom.
The large terrace features a small veranda with a glass edge for enjoying views even on windy days, an outdoor shower, and a small outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill.
The house is approximately 3 km from the sea, with the nearest beaches in Nerja or Torrox Costa about 1.7 km away, accessible by a dirt road that is generally easy to drive on without needing an off-road vehicle.

Be aware of potential government water regulations during your visit that may affect swimming pool use, garden watering, or tap water use.
Pets are allowed for a fee. An extra deposit is required if the guest bring a dog.
Pool season is typically from April 1 to October 31.
Late check in until 1 a.m. can be arranged with a supplement.
Electricity costs are monitored by reading the meter on arrival and departure. Excess electricity consumption over the allowance will be charged at 0.39 euros per kW, payable in cash on departure or deducted from the deposit. Moderate use typically results in about 150 kW per week.
