Beautiful one-room apartment in quiet, idyllic, preferred residential area at the foot of the mountains with magnificent mountain views at Lake Chiemsee.
The apartment offers enough space for 2 people.
The apartment has a living-bedroom area with kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment has a balcony with mountain and greenery view. Bicycle and walking trails as well as hiking and mountain tours can be started directly from the house, to the Chiemsee with steamer pier you have by ship connection to the Frauen- u. Herreninsel, but it can also be booked Chiemsee tours around the whole lake, furthermore, you can reach in a few minutes the town center with various shops, cafes, pharmacy and medical center, family indoor swimming pool "BernaMare" with sauna world, in the beautiful quiet park the Kneipp facility and the mini golf course, the climbing gym, the tennis and squash facility with gastronomy. Public transport can be reached. Dogs are welcome upon request and for a fee. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but possible in the outdoor areas in front of the house. No parties or events From 22:00 clock we ask for reasonable silence, as there are other tenants in the house. Wi-Fi is available from 10 am - 11 pm. Arrival from 14:00 to 20:00 (or by arrangement) Departure by 11:00. Children are welcome.
A crib and a high chair can be available on site. *After booking, please fill in the Holidu contact form, which will be sent to you by email, completely with your address.
