Das Haus hat einen schönen Pool, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, großes Wohnzimmer mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten in der Stadt Sa Pobla, wo es genügend Essensmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte wie Lidl und Eroski gibt. In 15 min ist man am Strand.
Die vorhandene Waschmaschine sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Die Tür der Waschmaschine ist lose und es war jedes Mal ein Akt diese wieder anzubringen und die Tür zu öffnen wenn die Wäsche fertig ist. Spülutensilien wie Spülmittel, Spülschwamm und Spültabs waren nicht vorhanden und mussten noch ...
