Vila Janeca is located on the outskirts of Albufeira, close to several beaches (Evaristo, Galé, Salgados...), in a closed condominium, very quiet, peaceful and safe with a large lawn and an excellent swimming pool.
The 150m² villa consists on the ground floor of a living room with fireplace and cable TV, a dining room, both with access to a private space with barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, coffee, kettle, toaster, toaster, citrus juicer (electric) and wine glasses, gin and digestives and 1 service toilet with washing machine.
On the 1st floor there is 1 bedroom with King size bed, private bathroom and balcony overlooking the garden and pool, 1 bedroom with two beds and balcony overlooking a magnificent sunset.
The two bedrooms have air conditioning and blackout blinds to prevent the entry of light and allow a restful night.
There is also 1 bathroom and 1 office space.
In terms of environmental sustainability, the house is equipped with solar panels and PVC windows and doors with A+ certification, which also provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
Other amenities include private parking, free WiFi suitable for video calls. The Village is prepared to receive families with young children. 2 travel beds and 1 high chair are available for eating at the table.
The village has all the conditions to spend an incredible family holiday and/or to be able to work from home.
In addition, guests can relax in the pool and garden area.
Pets are not allowed. Surrounding area information Bars, cafes and restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the house (300-700m), while several supermarkets are a 5-minute drive away.
The sandy beach Praia da Coelha is a 17-minute walk or 1.5 km from the property, and several nice beaches are nearby.
The charming center of Albufeira is 5.5 km away or a 10-minute drive away, while Faro airport is a 40-minute drive awa

Os lençóis da cama do quarto principal eram curtos e estavam sempre a soltar-se, o que era bastante incomodativo

schöne Lage, gute Wohngegend, guter Standort für Ausflüge und Wanderungen, kleine Badebuchten und Restaurant zu Fuß erreichbar.
Kommunikation mit Vitor dem Besitzer freundlich und gut erreichbar.
Uns persönlich waren im großen Schlafzimmer die Matratzen zu hart, aber das ist ja oft ein Reiseproblem
Code für die Tür war falsch und wir standen, da Flug verspätet, Nachts erstmal vor der Tür, Vitor hat sich dann aber schnell zurückgemeldet und wir konnten rein. Daher hier nur 3 Sterne.
Zurzeit Baustelle gleich nebenan, am Tage schon laut. Mittags/Abend/Sonntag leise
