Due to the central location you can reach a bakery, cafes and several restaurants within 7-10 minutes walk (550-750 m).

A supermarket is also located just a few meters from the accommodation (8 minutes walk).

The swimming pool is only 750 m away.

The Passiria Valley is sheltered by the Stubai, Ötztal and Sarntal Alps in the middle of the Texel Group Nature Park.

Numerous marked and well signposted hiking trails make the Val Passiria a popular place for nature lovers.
