The Hahndl holiday apartment is located in the village of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria), a lively resort on the southern side of the Ötztal Alps at 690 m above sea level and just 20 km from the famous spa town of Merano.
The region offers a wide range of sports and entertainment options all year round.
The apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom, and accommodates up to 4 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a baby cot and high chair (available on request and for an extra fee). Outside, you will find a shared garden and balcony, as well as a covered terrace with mountain views.
The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away (400 m). In St. Leonhard in Passeier, you will find bakeries, restaurants, bars, and an outdoor adventure pool with free entry, open from mid-May to early September.
The nearest ski area (Jaufen/Ratschings) is only a 15-minute drive away (17 km). Innsbruck Airport is about 2 hours away by car. Free parking is available in front of the house.

Die sehr gute und neuwertige Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung und Zuvorkommenheit des Vermieters. Die einmalige Lage am Schnittpunkt des Passeiertales am Abzweig zum Timmeljoch und Jaufenpasses. Vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Als Tourist die Möglichkeit mit der Merancard (wird vom Vermieter zu Verfügung gestellt) kostenlos das gesamte Nahverkehrsnetz in ganz !! Südtirol zu nutzen.
Der Motorrad und Autoverkehr, nur zum Spaß die Pässe rauf und runter zufahren. Eine sehr große Belastung (Abgasemission und Lärmbelästigung) der Bevölkerung und Touristen im Tal.
