The property is located in the Faneromeni area, just 2 km from the picturesque village of Vasilitsi and 8 km from the town of Koroni. Koroni offers a wide range of establishments such as a supermarket, bakery, bank, pharmacy, health center, and various coffee shops, café-bars, restaurants, and traditional taverns right next to the sea.
