Welcome to Waterfront @ Ryedale House - A high quality 1 bedroom apartment with a dramatic riverside setting.
Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York’s historic core beside the River Foss. The building benefits from secure allocated parking for one car. Waterfront sits on the 2nd floor and offers a superb view over river.

We've stayed in this apartment block before in a 3 bed unit. This one bed unit was just as great for us as a couple. Well presented, great location and with car parking. Highly recommended and it will be our first choice for future York visits.

Bed very small and uncomfortable. Lack of shelves in bathroom. Kitchen kettle in a disgusting mess. Cleanliness a bit lacking eg sink plug disgusting.
