Tæt på alting, godt cykelområde, tæt på restauranter og indkøb. Huset ligger i første række på stranden.
4 Strandstole som kunne bruges på stranden. Bedre køkkenknive, sofabord.

Meget tæt på strand, by og spisemuligheder. Dejlig udsigt fra altanen.
Mulighed for parkering inden for aflåst port.
