The cosy and family-friendly apartment “Haus Lohengrin - Ferienwohnung 1” is situated quietly in Seis am Schlern (Siusi allo Sciliar), a sunny village in South Tyrol’s scenic landscape near Castelrotto (Kastelruth) and Bolzano (Bozen).
It is an ideal starting point to explore the many hiking, cycling and skiing possibilities.
Within 18 minutes on foot (1.5km) you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, shops, a pharmacy, cafés as well as restaurants.
A cable car taking you to the Sellaronda skiing area is only a 6-minute drive (2 km) away, and the beautiful Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi) is in the immediate vicinity.
A 30-minute drive (24 km) from Seis (Siusi), South Tyrol’s lovely capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) invites you to stroll about the piazzas and enjoy its wonderful atmosphere.
The spa town of Merano (Meran) is located a one-hour drive (55 km) away.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, für 2 Personen ausreichend groß. Der Blick vom Balkon ist eine Augenweide. Die sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zugewandte Vermieterin hat uns den ganze Urlaub hin bestens begleitet. Ihre Wandertips waren sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen (kurzer Weg zur Bushaltestelle) gut geeignet.
