Fantastic chalet with private pool and garden in Sa Colonia de Sant Pere.
This chalet for 6 people has terrace and private pool.
It's located about 500 meters from the beach of Sa Colonia de Sant Pere, a nice residential area on the northeast coast of Mallorca. The house is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor there is a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and a toilet.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom.
One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the pool, the other two bedrooms has another balcony with a nice view outside. The villa stands out for its large terrace, the beautiful swimming pool, a barbecue, a zone of hammocks, a porch with garden furniture and a small garden area is located. Sa Colonia de Sant Pere offers amusement area coast (water sports, fishing, restaurants ...) with the tranquility of a residential area near the sea. Air conditioning: As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living room. Costs not included to pay at destination: - Tourist Tax - Final cleaning 150 euros/reservation Notes - The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number/id number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform. - Upon departure, it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property.
In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.

Comfortable, clean and stylish house in a very beautiful and quiet neughbourhood. My family and I spent there some days. Children enjoyed to play in the swimming pool and beaches (you can go by foot). Good restaurants and supermarkets very near. We will repeat!

Eine wirklich coole Unterkunft! Preis - Leistung ist top. In einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Mietauto ist dringendsten zu empfehlen. Leider haben bei uns 2 von 3 Toiletten nicht funktioniert. Toilettenpapier, Müllbeutel, Geschirrspültabs sowie Schwämme, Lappen und Spülmittel mussten selbst besorgt werden.Ansonsten sehr geräumiges, sauberes Haus mit schönem Pool und Außenanlage

Das Haus liegt in einer tollen Wohngegend am Meer mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schönen Restaurants. Der Pool und das Haus sind top, doch für die Grundversorgung wie Öl, Salz, Papier, etc. muss selbst gesorgt werden.
